HTC Zoe Share comes to life as first Zoe highlights are shared among friends

08:17

The Ultrapixel camera on the HTC One has gotten its fair share of attention over the past week, but we thought we’d give you guys a closer look at one of our favorite new features on HTC’s upcoming flagship device – HTC Zoe. Thanks to the 4 megapixel resolution of the HTC One’s Ultrapixel camera, the device is able to capture a Zoe; 20 photos and a 3-second video at the same time. HTC Zoe enables some pretty interesting editing features (check out the embedded video below), but we’re more excited about HTC Zoe Share which allows you to show off highlights from your day or an event in a 30 second video clip.
Zoe Share combines your still images, videos and Zoes into a highlight reel which can be shares on HTC’s servers. When you share the unique URL with your friends, they can watch the 30 second clip, but they can also view the individual pieces of media which were used to create it.
We’re done some searching on Twitter and Google and collected a handful of Zoes which have been shared over the past few days. Naturally, the production value is only as good as the person capturing the moment on the HTC One.
What’s your take on Zoe Share? Do you think you’ll be using the service to share your pictures, videos and Zoes with your friends and family?
