Give your HTC One a power-up with the Mophie Juice Pack

The battery professionals at Mophie have stepped up to support the HTC One with an official juice pack battery line-up that slides over the phone for a boost in the battery department.
The Mophie juice pack for the HTC One offers a 25oo mAh battery that more than doubles the battery life of the HTC One putting the phone at par with the Motorola Droid MAXX and settling the nerves of all those who cannot handle the thought of a phone with a non-removable battery. This battery accessory covers the back and sides of the phone keeping a slim overall profile and contours to the design of the HTC One adding a layer of protection should your HTC One come in contact with the ground. Did you watch the video we showed you yesterday? Seriously people, be careful.
Although this accessory covers the surface of the HTC One, minus the screen, it does not interfere with any of the essential features of the phone. For instance, you will still be able to turn on and off your entertainment setup using the IR transmitter built-in to the power button on the top of the phone, the camera and the mic holes are not hindered either. The case even provides a pass through to the USB port allowing users to sync with a PC as if the battery pack was not even in between the cable and the dedicated port on the phone.

HTC One
  • Dimensions: 5.4″ X 2.7″ X .37″
  • Weight: 5.0 oz
Mophie juice pack
  • Dimensions: 2.88 in x 6.06 in x 0.67 in
  • Weight: 5.05 oz
While we have been pretty satisfied with the life of the battery in the HTC One so far, this item could be on our wish list for a birthday or Father’s Day coming up since it could give us enough power to breeze through a full 18-hour day. At the beginning of this article we mentioned Mophie is offering a line-up and that is because they are making two colors to match those the phone is selling in; black and silver. If you order one today, they only have the black in-stock with the silver on back order until the middle of May (no specific date).
