HTC One Max sized up against the competition in new photos

12:10
Another day, another HTC One max rumor. Today, we’re treated to a new round of HTC One max pictures which match the device up against the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and last year’s Note II – two of the One max’s main competitors. The HTC One max doesn’t look much wider than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, but it is significantly taller (we’re estimating 8-10mm) due to the BoomSound front-facing speakers which take up space above and below the phone’s display. The source of the leaked images has also measured the HTC One max’s display, confirming that it come in at 5.9-inches.
While we’ve seem dozens of leaked HTC One max pictures over the past few months, a picture of the phone’s AnTuTu benchmark score may be the first piece of hard evidence which confirms the presence of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 SoC despite the fact that the Snapdragon 800 has been featured in multiple rumors since the HTC T6 was first mentioned on the web. The HTC One max’s AnTuTu score of 26,417 is nearly a perfect match for the HTC One’s.

There’s no word on when the HTC One max will be making it retail debut in the US market, but rumors suggest our friend over in China will be able to purchase the phone starting in October.
