Sprint has just announced that they will start selling the HTC One starting on April 19th. Like AT&T, Sprint will sell the 32GB HTC One for $199.99 with a two-year contract. New and existing Spring customers will be able to pre-order the HTC One on April 5th. While AT&T customers will receive a free HTC Media Link HDand T-Mobile customers will receive a free car kit with the purchase of the HTC One, it appears Sprint customers will be left out in the cold. RadioShack may be able to sweeten the deal a little with a $10 coupon and $50 Google Play credit, but we’re a disappointed to see that Sprint isn’t doing anything on its own for its customers.
We know that there are quite a few die-hard Sprint fans out there, but we really can’t see why anyone would choose to buy the Sprint HTC One when AT&T have much better prices on their monthly service plans in addition to their free accessory offers. Now all we need is for T-Mobile to confirm that it’ll be launching the HTC One on April 19th as well and we’ll have the US launch details all squared away.
Which service provider are you going to go with when you purchase the HTC One?
